Schedule and Activities

Whether or not you’re staying on the property, you’re welcome to come hang out all weekend! We have the property from Thursday 11 AM to Sunday 3 PM. Here are some of the activities planned (all will be held at Longlook Farm).

All Weekend

  • Lawn and Indoor Games.
  • Swimming in the Pond (we don’t know how cold the water will be, but we’re bringing fun floaties!).
  • Fire Pit with marshmallows, s’mores, maybe some guitar playing, and definitely sitting around the fire chatting.
  • Recommended Restaurants and Cafés.

Thursday

  • Dinner: We’ll probably just be ordering take-out so we can all hang out and eat together at Longlook Farm! Refer to our list of recommended restaurants and cafés.
  • After Dinner: Karike (pronounced Kah-Rick’-Key). What’s Karike, you ask? It’s not karaoke (that’s Friday!). It’s a game with dice and cups that’s super fun in a large group! See how to play here or here.

Friday

  • 11 AM: Yoga on the grass with Heather: No mat needed, but if you really feel like you need a towel, you can bring one. ** Due to the heat, Yoga on the grass will now be Yoga in the air conditioned barn!**
  • Lunch: Here’s that list of recommended restaurants and cafés again.
  • 4 PM: Pub Trivia by Sheila and Becca. Recommended team size of 6-8. Need help being grouped into a team? Let us know! We can help!
    • Want to come to Pub Trivia, but don’t want to drive? Send Jon or Wendy a text and we can put you on an early “mini shuttle”.
  • Hotel Shuttle Schedule: 
    • 6:00 PM – Depart from Comfort Inn Concord.
    • 6:15 PM – Depart from Fairfield Inn Concord.
    • 6:45 PM – Depart from Hampton Inn Tilton.
    • 10:00 PM – Depart from Longlook, return to all three hotels.
  • 7 PM: Reception Dinner of Burgers, Pulled-Pork Sandwiches, Veggie Burgers, and Sides! Casual Dress.
  • After Dinner: Karaoke in the Carriage House Bar!

Saturday
(Wedding Day!)

  • Morning and early afternoon: Make your own fun on or off the property — Wendy and Jon will be busy!
  • Hotel Shuttle Schedule: 
    • 3:00 PM – Depart from Comfort Inn Concord.
    • 3:15 PM – Depart from Fairfield Inn Concord.
    • 3:45 PM – Depart from Hampton Inn Tilton.
    • 10:15 PM – Depart from Longlook, return to all three hotels.
  • 4:30 PM: Ceremony Begins. (Garden Party or other festive attire.)
  • Cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Sunday

  • 10 AM – Noon: Bagel Brunch! Casual Dress.
  • 3 PM: “You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here!”
